自制盐焗鸡
材料:1,放养鸡一只杀好去头尾。(肉质比较紧实不肥腻)2,粗盐(细盐不行)8-10斤。
为保证原汁原味不添加任何调味品
做法:
1、将鸡洗净吊干表面水分
2、把盐放到锅里大火翻炒10分钟然后中火炒20-30分只到温度上升盐的颜色变成了深色
3、把鸡放入锅,鸡肚子也要塞盐进去,然后用盐整个覆盖,大火焗十分钟,中小火焗10-20分钟即可。
